PTA

The PTA Fund Raising Team is a voluntary group that supports our Board of Trustees by raising funds.

Its role centres on:

• Assisting the Board to attain and maintain a high standard in resourcing and our environment.
• Providing parents with a practical forum in which to get to know other parents from the school and make new friends.

Termly fundraisers:

1. Mufti days – we have at least one or two per term with a fun theme.
2. Scholastic Book Club – purchasing a book or two supports us getting more books for our school library.
3. School Disco – dancing the night away with a local DJ, loads of fun!!

Yearly fundraisers:

1. Bee Fit Fun Run – This event is enjoyed by children and their families.  The children are very excited by the opportunity to run their personal best time and have fun running through different activities, all while collecting house points.
2. Calendar ART – Each year the students produce a piece of artwork that can be made into a wonderful calendar (or diary, or mousepad, or other product).
3. Math – athon – helps our students practice their math skills while raising funds to support our school.

Meetings are held regularly (see Events Calendar for meeting dates); everyone is welcome to come along.
Parents unable to commit to attending the meetings can volunteer to be called upon to help with different activities through the year.
